Vascular Clinic at Stanford
The Vascular Clinic provides medical care for vascular diseases including arterial, venous and lymphatic diseases as well as associated medical disorders (e.g. hypertension, hypercholesterolemia).
Clinical evaluations are performed by vascular internists with expertise in the diagnosis and management of vascular disorders. Specialized diagnostic testing is available:
- Endothelial function testing
- Segmental blood pressure measurements and waveform analysis
- Ankle-brachial index
- Duplex ultrasonography
- Treadmill testing
- Strain-gauge plethysmography
- Lymphoscintigraphy
- MR angiography
- CT angiography
- Contrast arteriography and venography
The Vascular Clinic cooperates closely with Vascular Surgery and Interventional Radiology at Stanford to provide comprehensive care for vascular diseases.
